Perfectionism

I lived by these words, before I ever heard these words! I hate when people call me a perfectionist, because I am not. I am so not perfect! I am silly, goofy, I make mistakes 24/7, and I laugh at myself all the time, but when I do something I make sure I do it well. I do things with the goal of doing them correctly. I do my best to make a difference and be the change I want to see in this world. That is not perfection, that is the goal of being human.

How can you stop trying to be perfect and strive to be excellent?
