Everyone has a to-do list, it' the list of things you have to get done Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter or This Year...What about the things you need to STOP doing? You know living on social media or grabbing fast food instead of making your lunch. We all do it.
For this exercise, we invite you to be bold and create your "Not To Do List" at the end of the next 3 days, write down the things you don't want to do. Be honest and clear. For fun, we asked the team to share their list via our Twitter or Instagram account so check back next week for that.
